An Unexpected Return

It has been some time since I have written on this blog, so long that the settings for the domain had went out of date, my TLS was deprecated, and all my posts looked dreadfully outdated. I had been thinking of writing again…but for what purpose? What would I be able to impart on the Dynamics Community which had not been already written? The answer? I am not the one writing those things, and I realized that I actually had something to say! (so what is that ever important musing that you have there Hobbit?)

Fair question…since my last post on this blog, many things have happened in my life and career. I am still podcasting on CRM.Audio with Joel Lindstrom and George Doubinski, have a new vlog on my YouTube channel that I periodically pop up upon, and am more dedicated to Field Service for Dynamics 365 than ever before. I want to use this blog as another avenue for my thoughts on those Field Service topics, like the latest release, the new Mobile app, Inspections, RSO, URS and any other acronym I can think of…

I also want to review third party solutions like those from Resco.net and Glympse for example…discussing real-world implementations and possibilities. Overall, I want to share my experiences if only to document them for my own benefit, and if it helps anyone else I would be a happy little Hobbit.

From time to time I will also post on non-Dynamics related stuff that is going on in my life…I sincerely hope that this blog will be informative and a little bit fun too. Thanks so much for visiting my blog, and I hope you will return!
